As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates a traffic collision on Highway 25 South near Colville Flats, south of Kettle Falls. The vehicle was reportedly not drivable and was blocking both lanes. Law enforcement was on scene for traffic control, and medical units were initially stood down. A later update reported a 19-year-old pregnant driver who needed to be checked by responders near the 1400 block of Highway 25 South.

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was requested near old Kettle Falls for a man in a wheelchair who had been in the same spot for about two hours. The man refused help and did not appear to be in distress.

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire personnel responded to reports of smoke and a possible small fire near the (number withheld) block of Ricky Canyon Road, close to Mingo Mountain in Kettle Falls, Washington. The smoke appeared to be from a small campfire or similar source, possibly resulting from a lightning strike.
