The vehicle was reportedly not drivable and was blocking both lanes. Law enforcement was on scene for traffic control, and medical units were initially stood down. A later update reported a 19-year-old pregnant driver who needed to be checked by responders near the 1400 block of Highway 25 South.

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a residence near Pleasant Valley Road in the Rice area for a possible severe allergic reaction involving an adult woman with breathing difficulty and hives after taking Benadryl.
