As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers report a possible larceny in progress at the State Fair Expo Center on State Fair Boulevard off Bridge Street in Syracuse. A caller reported an intoxicated man in his fifties in the vendors’ parking lot who allegedly stole a scooter key and remained on scene.
