As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers sent officers to a convenience store on Market Square Drive for a reported disturbance after a man inside called 911 but would not explain the reason. Officers later determined he apparently only needed help with directions, and the situation was cleared. A separate radio exchange referenced a recovered phone belonging to a juvenile and a valid pickup arrangement at a nearby bank, as well as a vehicle records check on a truck from Cleveland.
