As discussed during the dispatch call, a female patient at a locked rehabilitation unit in Lemon Grove appeared to fall from her wheelchair while attempting to walk, striking her forehead. She reportedly has a history of schizophrenia and was transported to Grossmont Hospital. Vitals indicated possible elevated heart rate around 120, but no visible trauma or head, neck, or back pain was noted. Patient denied blood thinner use and had full recall. Transport was under basic life support with an estimated 10-minute arrival time.
