The juvenile is described as having suicidal thoughts and mental health issues. Officers were asked to stop, hold, conduct a welfare check, and notify local police if the juvenile is found.

The juvenile reportedly has mental health concerns and prior suicidal statements. A cell phone associated with the juvenile last pinged near Junipero Serra Boulevard in Daly City. Units were asked to stop and conduct a welfare check if the juvenile is found.
