As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible suspicious situation that reportedly began near South Center Street, with a caller later believing the involved people went to a McDonald’s off Charter Way. Units looked for a red Hyundai based on a broadcast license plate but were unable to find it at the restaurant. The caller, a woman, was later reported walking southbound on Van Buren Street from Worth Street. A Hispanic man in his thirties, wearing a black and white zip-up shirt, blue sweatpants, and blue Converse shoes, was described as possibly involved.
