As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a priority disturbance near Ingram Drive after neighbors reported a woman screaming for help by a creek. Radio traffic indicated she may have recently used methamphetamine and possibly cut her wrist with a multitool blade. Units located her and coordinated with EMS, who were cleared to enter and meet them near the (number withheld) block of Mullen Drive or Morin.
