As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched to a mental health and welfare concern at a residence on Appaloosa Ranch Court, where a caller reported his brother as a possible danger, with access to a firearm and gathering kitchen knives. The caller also reported arming himself with a screwdriver and butcher knife and later agreed to meet deputies at a nearby park while discussing a vehicle possibly blowing up.
