As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a possible hit-and-run involving a reckless driver in a black Chevy Silverado near Lewis and Ventura in Simi Valley. The driver reportedly struck another vehicle, then fled before stopping in a driveway on Loretta Court, where units later contacted the vehicle and driver. The reporting party followed in another vehicle and stayed nearby to assist officers. A white work truck with a company logo was described as the victim vehicle, last seen pulling over on Lewis near the Metrolink area.
