The juvenile reportedly has mental health concerns and prior suicidal statements. A cell phone associated with the juvenile last pinged near Junipero Serra Boulevard in Daly City. Units were asked to stop and conduct a welfare check if the juvenile is found.

A verbal argument between siblings apparently escalated, and a brother reportedly broke a window, injured his wrist, and is bleeding. Medics are also being sent to the scene.
