As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews from Swanton and Delta were dispatched to a possible cardiac arrest with chest pains at a lot off County Road 4 near Swanton. Responders were told CPR was initially reported but not actually in progress, and the caller was having trouble getting the patient out of a car.
