As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop involving a white Mercedes sedan near Stratford Street and Park Green in Vallejo. The vehicle had no license plates and was later reported gone on arrival or unable to locate. A records check showed a suspended registration for a similar 2017 Mercedes from Ontario and a checked name returned no match.

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a disorderly person near Lemon Street and Carlson Street in Vallejo who was reportedly throwing Caltrans property into the roadway. The man removed his shirt, refused commands, and then walked into a nearby residence, possibly on Lemon Street. Officers went code 4 and planned to continue monitoring the area.

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near I-780 and Lemon Street in Vallejo to a report from Caltrans about a possibly irate male pedestrian arguing with a traffic control crew. Units were advised that the man claimed to live nearby, may have made a threat, and was described as an adult male wearing a hat and glasses.
