As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call at a residence on Trailblazer Road in Laramie for a man in his seventies who was reportedly seizing, dizzy, and having trouble breathing. Responders later reported that he had snoring respirations, a pulse, but was not breathing, and additional units were requested to help with care and moving him.

As discussed during the dispatch call, a toddler near Calistoga Drive had a seizure and was later conscious and breathing but lethargic. EMS and a sheriff's deputy were en route to the hospital.

As discussed during the dispatch call, police were dispatched to the 1400 block of Snowy Range Road near the I-80 overpass for a report of a suicidal subject (name withheld) who stated they might go on top of a bridge. The subject was reported to be walking eastbound and remained on the phone with 911. They reportedly had no weapons and had attempted suicide in the past via pills; intoxication was unclear/possibly suspected.
