As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were requested to a grocery store parking lot near Main Street for a report of a broken-down black vehicle whose occupants were reportedly highly intoxicated and arguing, as well as a beige sedan or van with people who had apparently been staying and sleeping in it for two days.
