As discussed during the dispatch call, police responded to Lakeside Landing Apartments near S 12th St after callers reported an attempted vehicle break-in. Callers reported a resident armed with a handgun detained a subject at gunpoint and allegedly threatened to shoot. Additional callers reported multiple males with handguns and a physical fight reported near several different buildings within the complex. The reporting party later said the firearm was holstered on a vehicle’s center console.
