A woman walking with a small dog was reportedly followed on the road by a man in an older black Chevrolet, who was yelling at her and trying to get her into the vehicle. The reporting party heard the woman say she did not think he was going to kill her. No weapons or assault were seen, and the reporting party later lost sight of them. Separately, medical crews were dispatched to a possible breathing difficulty for an 86-year-old man at a location on Madison Avenue.
