The reporting party initially advised there were no threats and no weapons involved, but later reported the neighbor has a gun inside the residence. The reporting party was awaiting contact in a nearby unit (number withheld).

A caller reported a male subject who had been on her property refusing to leave, then walked toward Pioneer Drive. A later caller reported the same man was on the sidewalk yelling and pacing.

Upper McCord Creek Falls, Upper Elowah Falls Trail, Cascade Locks, OR 97014

As discussed during the dispatch call, a female reportedly fell about 20 feet off the trail near McCord Creek Falls, injuring her leg and back. Rescue units responded, and later updates indicated she was safely back on the trail with minor scrapes. Advanced life support was canceled.
