A caller reported a skinny white male with red hair carrying a backpack who had been hanging around the area and then went into a nearby wooded area. Deputies coordinated by radio and one unit planned to contact the complainant.

A caller, driving a white pickup, reported that about seven vehicles, including a white Acura, were possibly chasing their vehicle. The caller reportedly turned around and was traveling westbound while trying to meet law enforcement, and another county’s units were also responding in the area.
