As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a man who was found slumped over the top of a barbed wire fence near County Road 214 with bleeding from his lower stomach area. Paramedics arrived, removed him from the fence, assessed his condition, attempted to start an IV and check blood pressure, and requested an air medical helicopter.
