Radio traffic notes prior alerts, including violent and homicidal ideations, earlier suicidal messages to 911 from a hospital, and previous reports of her throwing objects at vehicles and threatening to break into nearby businesses.

The caller stated the incident happened a few minutes earlier and that the suspected assailant left eastbound on the loop in a white BMW. The caller said they would wait in the parking lot in a white Ford pickup truck.
