As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a two-vehicle crash with injuries on westbound Interstate 20 near Spur 557 by the split before the overpass in Terrell. A Chevy SUV reportedly rear-ended another vehicle, pushing it into the guardrail, with one car between the guardrail and another vehicle.
