As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates two possible medical emergencies involving train passengers near the West End station area and another platform. In one incident, people reported performing CPR on a person on the ground near track two by West End. In a second incident, a man reportedly fell from his wheelchair on a platform and requested EMS. Multiple train units were directed to use caution near West End while EMS responded.
