As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a suspicious gray van in the parking lot of a business near Sunshine Drive in Little Elm, Texas. The caller said someone in the van appeared to be wearing a ski mask and that the van left heading south toward Highway 114 after the caller tried to take a photo. The caller requested to speak with officers in person.
