As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle near an apartment complex on the (number withheld) block of Owen Tech Boulevard. A man who reportedly does not live there was said to park near a girlfriend’s patio, repeatedly ask to come in to shower, and possibly sleep in his vehicle in the parking lot. The caller believed he may enter the apartment when the resident is away to use the shower. The man was reportedly on scene in a black Ford pickup and aware that law enforcement was being contacted.

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a suspicious man roaming near Rolling Water Drive. The caller and the man later met with responders at a welcome center, and EMS staged nearby. The man, described as possibly intoxicated and smoking something, was last reported standing in front of a home on Mossy Loop, with no weapons seen.
