As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a possible disturbance and assault near the 4000 block of Lower Drive in Austin. A caller stated that a neighbor was pushing her and later said she was afraid he might kill her before law enforcement arrived. No weapon was reportedly seen, and the neighbor is said to be known to use methamphetamine. Units were advised this is an extremely high-crime area with narcotics and stolen property concerns.
