Dispatchers could hear rustling noises and multiple people talking and possibly laughing at a residence near West Avenue I, but they were unable to get anyone’s attention. Responding units later reported it might not be an actual disturbance while they continued trying to make contact.

The caller said he tried to come inside and then remained sitting on the porch. The man was described as wearing a cowboy hat, light blue shirt, and blue jeans, and possibly associated with a newer gray Chevy pickup. The caller reported he had been aggressive toward her husband but did not appear to have weapons or be under the influence.
