As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched on a priority two welfare check at a storage facility near FM 620 after a caller reported lights and an alarm flashing and the door to their storage unit open. The caller stated they were alone at the location on the second floor. In a separate call, officers were sent to the (number withheld) block of Old San Antonio Road where a passerby reported a man possibly intoxicated and lying in a ditch.
