A caller reported having a weapon, said a man threatened to flip her car, and stated he appeared to be on drugs. The man was reported to live in a nearby apartment, and the caller asked police to knock on her door.

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible burglary or suspicious person at a commercial property on Shepherd. Camera footage showed an open bay door on the north side of the building with a person standing in the doorway. Responding officers determined the person was a mechanic who works at the business, and units were told to slow their response and continue at a lower priority.
