As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported noise disturbance involving a person revving a vehicle engine and playing loud music in a driveway near 13th Street Southwest in Watertown. A traffic citation was issued for no insurance and no driver’s license.

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a welfare check on a woman reported to be traveling with a semi truck driver from California to South Dakota. The reporting person, her mother, was worried while they were believed to be in the Watertown area near 9th Avenue Southeast and later past I-29 and Highway 212. Officers attempted to locate the blue Kenworth semi and its driver among other trucks in the area.

A female was reportedly heard saying someone should not strangle her or put hands on her. A later 911 call from the same location, apparently from the involved female, was to complain about the other caller.

Her phone was reportedly pinging in the Lake Kampeska and Airport Drive area, with an update placing her near the intersection of Highway 81 and Highway 212.
