As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported residential structure fire near Duncan Reservoir Road, with units staging at the top of a driveway and using booster tank water for the fire attack. A separate call involved medic units checking the welfare of a citizen on Chestnut Grove Way. Traffic and other patrol units were also operating in the wider area on unrelated matters.
