As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was requested after a 911 hang-up at a location near East Devils Lake Road. A male was heard moaning and rustling sounds. Upon callback, the male said he had fallen but was fine and would receive assistance from a female at the location. The fire unit was then canceled.

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers and officers discussed a possible abandoned fifth-wheel trailer in a public parking lot across from a business near Highway 101 in Lincoln City. Units described a white 18 to 20 foot Road Ranger style trailer, checked identification numbers, and asked whether it had already been documented as an abandoned vehicle. Two individuals were mentioned as receiving a courtesy ride to a nearby location.
