As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a possibly suspicious man near the beach in Lincoln City. He was seen walking through a room area and leaving, with concern he may have hopped a balcony. Units searched beach access points and the jetty for a male wearing all red clothing with black chin-length curly hair. No detainee or warrant was reported at that time.

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers requested an additional unit at Lincoln Beach to help with a detainee who was reportedly in pain and said his handcuffs were too tight. A unit at a nearby market was already dealing with a belligerent person and needed to adjust that person’s handcuffs as well.
