The owner was reportedly chasing the truck on foot before returning home. A female suspect was believed to have taken the vehicle. The truck was later located on Jones Street, where it failed to yield and a brief pursuit occurred. Officers confronted a female at the end of Jones Street, and the vehicle was eventually cleared with the situation reported as code 4.
