As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a possibly suspicious man near the beach in Lincoln City. He was seen walking through a room area and leaving, with concern he may have hopped a balcony. Units searched beach access points and the jetty for a male wearing all red clothing with black chin-length curly hair. No detainee or warrant was reported at that time.

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers and officers discussed a possible abandoned fifth-wheel trailer in a public parking lot across from a business near Highway 101 in Lincoln City. Units described a white 18 to 20 foot Road Ranger style trailer, checked identification numbers, and asked whether it had already been documented as an abandoned vehicle. Two individuals were mentioned as receiving a courtesy ride to a nearby location.
