As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of two vehicles, possibly a black Ford Mustang and a dark blue Subaru, racing and speeding on southbound I-5 near milepost 278 by Woodburn while slowing other traffic. Units positioned near the southbound scale and the 271 on-ramp attempted to locate the vehicles.

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported overdose at a warming shelter near Park Castle in Woodburn. A 19-year-old male was described as coming off drugs, and the incident was later reported as a possible oxycodone overdose. Some units were canceled after a law enforcement unit on scene advised the situation was under control.
