One driver reportedly had a suspended license, was uninsured, and had a prior impaired driving violation. Another person connected to the stop appeared to have a valid commercial driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement. The vehicle was considered drivable.

The reporting party said her ex-boyfriend, (name withheld), pushed her to the ground; the parties were separated and he left in a white Tahoe toward Main St. A 7-year-old child was reportedly inside the home. The male was reported sober and claimed to have a firearm, though the reporting party did not see one.
