As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a location near West Burton Road, possibly at an apartment complex, after a caller reported hearing a woman screaming about ten minutes earlier. The caller was outside and believed the sounds came from either an apartment or a nearby neighborhood. In a separate call, officers were also notified of a disturbance involving a man blocking a car from leaving near Pawnee.

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers monitored a silver Dodge Magnum reportedly traveling at very high speeds on I-44 and then north on I-35 near Oklahoma City. A reporting driver in a tan Nissan Rogue followed the vehicle with hazard lights on while units attempted to locate and stop it near Kelly, MLK, Wilshire, Hefner, and 33rd Street.

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of an apparent road rage incident on I-44 northbound near NW 23rd Street in Oklahoma City. A caller reported that the driver of a silver Dodge Magnum allegedly threw a water bottle at the caller’s vehicle and then intentionally struck it. The caller was reportedly still following the suspect vehicle.

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers discussed a jackknifed semi truck in a ditch off the northbound side of I-44 near SW 104th Street just south of Oklahoma City. The truck was reported to be off the roadway on the shoulder while the situation was backing up traffic for several miles, and local authorities were to be notified.
