As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer attempted to locate a subject connected with a company near 33rd Street and Meadow after reports he needed a permit. The officer later contacted the subject at a residence on Avondale Circle and confirmed he apparently had a valid permit. During the same radio traffic, units were advised of a report of multiple motorcycles reportedly speeding at over 100 miles per hour near East Second Street and I-35.
