An alarm company reported a signal from the northeast entry door and had spoken with someone claiming to be an employee but unable to verify their identity. Responding units later reported that a northeast door was unlocked and that entry had apparently been made, while another door remained locked with limited visibility inside.

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were requested to speak with a caller near West 8th Street in Elk City about a maroon two-door vehicle suspected of stealing mail and driving repeatedly around the property. The caller reported that video from cameras shows the vehicle returning and that there may be a gun inside the vehicle, and was sending the video to dispatch.
