As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency involving a 68-year-old man with breathing difficulties was reported outside the Walmart Neighborhood Market near the apartments on the north side of South Peoria Avenue. EMS responded on scene.

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported overdose near a building on West 5th Street, where two people were reportedly intoxicated and not waking up. Another call in the same radio traffic involved an older woman who had fallen and could not get up at a different West First Street location. Some responding units were later canceled by police.
