As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a possible suspicious male on a dock at a lakeside property on Monkey Island, and law enforcement units were sent to check the area. In a separate apparent incident, fire units were requested to a residence on East 138th Place for a residential fire alarm reportedly triggered by a first-floor smoke detector.
