As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a man lying on the ground near trash cans behind a travel stop on the Indian Nation Turnpike. The man was wrapped in what appeared to be a tent and was not moving when bystanders called out to him. Highway patrol and a local fire department unit were requested to respond for a possible medical emergency.
