As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a disturbance near a home on East 136th Street North in the Collinsville area after reports of several people yelling in the roadway. A reporting party later described a woman lying in a roadside ditch west of Garnett, partially unclothed, with several people yelling nearby and a blue SUV present. Deputies and medics contacted the woman near Hidden Hills, and she reportedly said that someone inside her house had pointed a firearm at her.
