As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic suggests a possible hit-skip or crash involving a black pickup truck and a semi trailer on northbound US 42 near West Main Street in Plain City. A male driver in his late 70s was later located in a semi truck at the rear of a property along US 42 and appeared to be unconscious with a red face, and medics were directed to that truck. Deputies also noted a separate harassment concern between US 42 and Creekview in Plain City, which the reporting person did not want pursued as a crime.
