As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are dispatched to an apartment complex on Greentree Parkway after a male caller reported an alarm sounding for over an hour, then hung up on 911 and did not answer return calls. The alarm is reported on the north side of the building.

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers sent officers to a convenience store on Market Square Drive for a reported disturbance after a man inside called 911 but would not explain the reason. Officers later determined he apparently only needed help with directions, and the situation was cleared. A separate radio exchange referenced a recovered phone belonging to a juvenile and a valid pickup arrangement at a nearby bank, as well as a vehicle records check on a truck from Cleveland.
