As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to reports of a man standing in the roadway and talking to himself near Dyer Road by the I-77 and Medina Road area. Units 282 and 267 located and contacted the man for a possible welfare check.

Caller later returned and reported witnessing people doing lines of suspected cocaine off a plate.
