As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a suspicious person and truck reported near Parma Park Boulevard in Parma. A caller said someone was walking with a flashlight between two houses and that a truck with very bright lights was following them. Officers checked the area toward Pearl Road and it appears no one was found around the truck before they cleared the scene.

A male suspect reportedly stole items and was last seen jogging westbound on Bagley near a bridge and the North Rocky River area, with officers checking nearby streets and parkway areas for him.
