As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a welfare check near Overland Drive after a caller reported her adult sister was intoxicated and talking about wanting to die. The sister reportedly had access to weapons in her apartment through her deployed husband. One woman was later transported by officers to a hospital on Old Chapel Hill Road.
