As discussed during the dispatch call, a teenager fell off a bicycle just north of the King Hendrick Motel on State Route 9, conscious and alert with a possible broken left arm. EMS arrived but the individual left the scene on a scooter refusing service, traveling toward Bluebird Road and Stewart's. Police were requested by the mother and later made contact near Bluebird, leading to canceling medic response.
